Successful companies understand the value of a quality work force, and that is exactly what Meigs County has to offer.   Meigs county boasts employees who take pride in their work, who understand what it takes for an employer to make a profit, and are loyal to a fault.   New employers in the county, like Betlin, Millennium Teleservices, and WeCan Steel Fabrication will tell you that they located here for the quality of the employees.

Yet that's only one of the many reasons to make Meigs County your new business home.   All three school districts boast brand new multi million dollar facilities, with Eastern High School recently named as one of the 100 wired schools in the country.  The new US Route 33, a $180 million project, will put our county along the closest route from the booming Columbus, Ohio market to all points south.

Couple this with low taxes, low crime, a pro business government, and citizens who appreciate their corporate neighbors, and business will find a winning combination.  Oh yes, don't forget abundant and inexpensive electricity, and Tuppers Plains water, voted the best drinking water in Ohio and second in the United States.

Meigs County.....If you've got the work, we've got the force!

Director
